The women of The View haven't been shy about making it known that they support Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders for President (it's not a surprise). In recent weeks they have made it a goal to attack Carly Fiorina and praise Hillary Clinton, thus constantly comparing the two women. During Hillary Clinton's testimony over Benghazi, they complimented Hillary Clinton for being "strong," despite the fact that many who actually watched the hearing called her disrespectful for constantly laughing over the deaths that occurred in Libya. Then during the MSNBC GOP Primary Debate they made fun of Carly's face calling it demented. They did so despite Hillary's very demented facial expressions recently. Double standard?
Now on The View, Whoopi Goldberg has stated that The View is responsible for her success. Crazy much? Everyone knows that Carly Fiorina gained popularity after her performance during the first "Happy Hour" Primary Debate (which she won). Then she maintained it with her performance during other interviews. But most of her following has loved her from the very beginning. However, Goldberg claiming that Fiorina should be grateful to them for her success isn't even the worst part.
It all started when Donald Trump made comments about Carly Fiorina's face, saying "look at that face" who would vote for "that face?" The View got in on the drama, claiming Donald Trump was sexist for focusing on her face rather than her brain, which they claimed is where he should focus in on. This was during an interview with Trump on the show over the phone. Now isn't is a bit hypocritical that they too are criticizing Carly for her face rather than her brain?
Now, this Friday Carly Fiorina is planned to go on The View as a guest to address the hypocritical women face to face. I wonder what they will have to say when confronted for calling her face "demented" and that it should be made into a "Halloween Mask." I hope she calls them on their hypocrisy. I know she will have no problem showing that she's fit to be President where it counts, her intelligence.
