About Me

the girl in red

Thank you for finding your way to my blog.  First off, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Clia Zwilling and I am currently a law student in my 3rd year (almost done!).  I decided to create this blog awhile back because I realized as a young republican woman, it's difficult to find like-minded people to relate to.  Often times with society shifting and becoming more and more liberal you are made to feel like an enemy.  With that said I hope to provide a platform for open discussion for the republican girl.  There's no discrimination here, so whether you are liberal leaning, strongly conservative, libertarian, or even independent I hope that you find this to be a safe place to discuss your point of view, after all that's one of the greatest things about being a member of this country is that we are free to speak our minds.

Today we live in a society that does not allow open discussion, there is only a "right" and a "wrong" side.  So many idea's, theories, and views are now being labeled and "wrong."  Apparently, if you don't share the same views as liberal society you are automatically wrong no matter how hypocritical or inaccurate their views are.  In general, what it all comes down to is frustration from hearing the same liberal bias and being told your views are wrong just because they do not coincide with theirs.  If you're a republican, conservative, libertarian, or independent minded person you know where I'm coming from.  Professors, media, and in general society today wear a person down from thinking on their own.

So where does that leave us?  In the end I promise to offer something different than the same boring repetitive stuff liberals have to offer.  The stories and news I share will be accurate and will not be intended to mislead you like popular media outlets today.  Beyond posting about news I hope to share in other areas that may be of interest to you.  Again, thank you for joining me on this journey, please feel free to join in the conversation.

Best wishes!!!

Clia Zwilling
